I love the look of a lip gloss but I stopped buying them years ago because they're always too sticky (my husband hates to kiss me if I'm wearing it) and they rub off too easily. I started wearing this yesterday and I'm surprised to find that it feels smooth and moisturizing and I keep going back to reapply (if I didn't like it, I wouldn't bother reapplying!) It really does change the way a lipstick looks underneath if you're layering, but it's also nice by itself. Not too light of a pink and not too much shimmer. Just a great glossy pink to add shine and a hint of color to your lips.

Hello Jay and Red Apple Lipstick Staff,
I was reading Delight Magazine and saw an ad for gluten free lip gloss
from Red Apple Lipstick. I went to their site and saw the products, and
ingredients. Lovely, pretty were my immediate thoughts but I was unsure how I would like them and then the cost..... I went to the store to replace my lip gloss and realized "holy heck, Red Apple Lipstick is the SAME price!" Once the light dawned I thought "in for a penny in for a pound!" and I ordered the "buy 4 get one free" of delicious colors and endless opportunity.
My lip gloss was to me within days, the order was correct and and each gloss was wrapped in tissue and 3 were put inside a sweet muslin bag and two in the other....I felt special and valued.
I ran to the mirror to apply to gloss and was thrilled with the smooth
texture, shine and taste. Immediately I was transported back in time to
the very first pot of lip gloss I received as a child to wear for my
uncle's wedding. I felt like a princess then and now! I have since
ordered more colors of gloss and am eager to share this product with
family and friends who are gluten free.
Thank you Jay and staff for helping this middle-aged woman feel fresh, lovely and sparkly.

First of all, since my daughter (14) is a newly dx Celiac¹s girl, we were excited to try your products! Her grandmother has Celiac Disease as well, so we ordered and are trying some fun shades! We actually received multiple shades and took advantage of your ³try one free². Thank you for offering such an incentive, especially for us newbies! We ordered 2 Rallye Balms and just LOVE! I couldn¹t keep lip balm on her, EVER! It¹s only been a few days, but I find I¹m not having to remind her as often. Hoping once she comes to enjoy the smoothness that she¹s been missing, I won¹t have to any more. The Celiac chapped lips for her are horrible! Needless, between the two, we ordered Love My Kiss, Secrets, Pink Martini, Mauve Me, Petal Pusher, Boys N Berries, and Metropolis Gloss. Whew. Well, we¹ve heard great things,and we needed to restock some COLOR!
We were very happy to hear the great reviews and try ourselves!
Thanks again for the great offer! The packaging was too cute for her to open, too. My mom thought the same.
Keep up the great work, and we¹ll definitely be watching for Œnew¹ stuff!

I LOVE Metropolis gloss! It's saturated with a beautiful light pink color, which I find amazing for a gloss. With the wonderful shine, it's perfect for spring & summer. The freedom from toxins makes red apple products the only ones I will use, now that I know some of the horrid truths about the make-up I applied to my skin every day. Thank-you Jay, & all the great folks @ red apple lipstick (I spoke with sweet Andrea on the phone, recently). You have a life-long customer with me. I ordered this based on all the good reviews. Absolutely agree. Great gloss that stays on and smells wonderful, but very mild. Does not bleed, big issue of mine. Color is beautiful but not as dark as it looks in the tube.
So, it's good alone or as an accent. Highly recommend. Olive skin, dark brown hair, hazel eyes. Really makes my eyes stand out.

It is like lip frosting. Great over any color or alone. A GREAT go to piece for all occasions. Makes lips look and feel soft, supple and kissable. And it smells great too!
