I like it! It lasts. I was worried it wouldn’t be as good as original, but it is.
USInferior compared to older version of Lash Project
I was so excited for this new improved mascara as I’d loved how nurturing the previous formula was and hoped it’d be even better. But I have been disappointed—the mascara seems dry and sticky to me, flakes off below my lower lashes and has caused my lashes to fall out. The current tube I’m using is my first and I’d love to have better success with another, but for the price of it I am hesitating to buy another. I am also not fond of the size and shape of the new brush.

I loved the old formula. This new formula doesn’t stay on my lashes. This mascara smears during application, and after just a few hours, I look like a raccoon. By the end of the day, my white eyelashes are as white as if I never applied mascara. I’m a huge RAL fan, and really wanted to love this new formula, but it doesn’t meet my needs.

USLove it for eyes & cover up
I’ve ordered and used RAL eye primer multiple times. I love how it is creamy, yet once on has a matte almost powdery finish. I’ll use it to touch up and color correct, blemishes, under eyes, as well as primer for eye shadow. First time ordering pan alone. I have old containers and popped the empty metal pan out and this one in. Just need to glue it down. Would be lovely if the put a magnet in the containers. I don’t think I want to store it in my z-pallet in order to avoid shadow getting on it or it drying out.
USNewest 2023 formula 😢
Sadly, not in love and afraid it may be irritating. The fumes from the strongly scented ingredients (I know no synthetic perfumes were added, but this has a strong floral scent) are immediately noticeable upon taking the wand out. When bringing the wand near my eye, the fumes irritate my eye. None-the-less I was able to wear it twice so far. Goes on messy. It flakes, it smears. Not waterproof like original formula (or was that 1.2?), which was cry proof. I loved the original “dry” formula, albeit I did get a tube or two that were too dry, possibly a hazard of Texas hot Summers and my own location being hot, hot, hot. The second rendition of the original with the better air tight bottle was luscious when new, just wet enough to cleanly go on and stay on. I was much anticipating the lash project coming back and sadly disappointed. I will keep trying this new mascara out and see but I’d love for the “1.2” version to be back. (3 stars deducted for irritating fumes and messiness, two stars for generally clean and GF ingredients)
