I had debated on this color for a long time. It’s a little out of my comfort zone. I tend to be very traditional with eye shadow colors and totally not adventurous! But I love this color. It’s more plummy on me than I anticipated which I like! My plan is to use it wet as an eyeliner too. It’s a very interesting color! I’m glad I bought it!
This color is just as described. It is a deep red that pulls slightly plum like on my fair skin.
Not only is this a pretty mauve eyeshadow, but it also makes a great blush too! I always wear it as a eyeshadow and blush together, perfect match.
Love this shade for the creases to add a dramatic effect for day or night!
I have blue-green eyes and this color really brings out the green! I think it would be lovely on brown and hazel eyes as well. You can apply lightly and blend for a workday look or apply more heavily and smoke for a night out.
When applied dry: Vamp goes on beautifully dry. The velvety smooth finish helps the shadow stay on all day, even in the most unfavorable conditions.
When applied wet: The deep brown undertones really shine through when Vamp is applied wet! It reminds us of a dark chocolate covered cherry-though it isn’t edible, this color is simply delicious!
