Domestic: If a package appears to still be in Montgomery Texas, please give it a few more days. We have seen an increase in delayed tracking. Your package is on the way, but the tracking is late in being updated by the post office.
If I package is reported “Delayed” by the USPS, please use the form above to contact us.
International: International packages are taking longer than they used to pre-covid. And the USPS tracking numbers aren’t being updated after the package leaves the United States. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
