This hypoallergenic eye shadow primer for sensitive skin is guaranteed to not cause adverse allergic reactions, no more itchy eyes! The texture is a creamy powder consistency. Not a liquid, powder, or cream but somewhere in between.
How To Apply Our Hypoallergenic Eye Shadow Primer:
With clean and dry eyelids, use your pinky finger and get a SUPER SMALL amount of the primer on your finger. Gently, apply from your clean finger all over your eyelid and anywhere else you want. Let dry for one minute before topping with eye shadow.
If Prime Time matches your skin tone, you can use a finger or makeup brush and apply under eyes and on blemishes.
NOTE: Make sure not to use too much! This product should last you a very long time. Using too much on your eyelid will result in creasing, which defeats the point!

USPrime Time Eye Shadow Primer for travel
I love this eye primer and want to take it with me on my 30th wedding anniversary trip to Europe this Fall. I could not get the pan out of the regular container due to it being glued-in, so I ordered the pan-only and have placed it in a small travel-sized tin with a magnet strip. **RAL needs to design a rectangular travel palette for 4 pans (eye shadow and primer) with room in the lid for travel-sized brushes and maybe room for a few lipstick and Ralleye lip balm samples. Please and Thank You!** I have duplicate RAL brushes and plan to use my Dremel to cut the handles shorter to fit my DIY RAL travel kit.

I’m using this primer as a dark circle lightener, as well as lightening the creases around my lips and chin. It’s an expensive exercise, but I have Celiac and want to be safe with what I put on my skin.
