Missing Or Damaged Item

While it doesn’t happen often, occasionally an item you ordered isn’t packed.  We do not allow any backorders.  If an item is missing, we truly missed it. Also, if an items is damaged, let us replace it at no charge to you.

Missing Order

If your domestic order has not arrived after 14 business days of your expected delivery date, and you have already contacted your local Post Office to trace the package and checked with neighbors in case of a mail mix up, then please contact customer care.  You may call Mon-Fri 10am – 1pm CST 1-877-897-LIPS with your name and order id# or press the button below

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
