The form contains simple, easy to follow instructions.

We process refunds and exchanges within 7 to 10 business days from delivery to our returns address. You will receive an email confirming your refund or exchange.

If your order is in the United States, you will not be charged for delivery of your exchange order.

International orders and quicker shipping requests will be charged current rates.

The original order shipping fees are non-refundable. If an item is exchanged, the shipping fee for original order will not be refunded. You will not be charged for the second delivery unless a fast shipping method is requested.
