Your order will be accepted for refund or exchange if returned within 6 months (180 days) from the delivery date regardless of condition.

You must download and print a return form. Clear instructions are on the form. Message us with any questions.

In some cases, we may be able to suggest a new product without requiring a return. Please message us.

We take great care to ensure the accurate and timely packing of every order. However, we understand that occasional errors can occur. If you find that an item is missing from your order, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Ground shipping is complimentary when you order totals the amount shown at the top of our website.

For orders totaling less than the specified free shipping amount, ground service is a flat rate.


Rates for ground service are determined by the carrier and are applied to your order with no additional charge. Faster services are available and are listed on the cart page.

All orders ship same day before a specific cut off time, and next day after our cut off time. Orders ship Monday thru Friday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Your shipments tracking number will be emailed to you when we generate your shipping label. The email will be sent to the same email address you use when placing your order.

Order ship Monday through Friday expect on holidays.

We aim to ship orders same day when placed before 2pm CST but your order could require up to two business days from the date placed.

USA First Class 1 – 7 business days
USA Priority 1 – 4 business days
Canada USPS 20 – 30 days
Canada Fed-Ex 1 – 7 days
International 2 – 4 weeks

The shipping fees are non-refundable. If an item is exchanged, the shipping fee for original order will not be refunded. You will not be charged for the second delivery unless a fast shipping method is requested.

We do not deliver to hotels.
