Allow 1-3 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. We ship orders quickly, usually the same day. During heavy sale times, there might be a delay in shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

  1. First-Class Mail® which ranges in price depending on package weight and distance. Approximately $6.30-$8.30.  This option is delivered within 3-10 business days (but up to 14 business days).
  2. Priority Mail + Rush Processing. Approximate cost = $12.45. Delivered within 2-4 business days.
  3. Free Shipping on orders $50 & up (after any discounts applied). These orders ship with First-Class Mail (3-10 business days)

RETURN TO SENDER – OR- REFUSED PACKAGES

  1. We will not refund shipping costs on orders returned to us or refused and returned
  2. We will not refund orders that are return to sender/refused until they arrive at our warehouse
  3. A 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from any refund issued for product
  4. Bottom line: PLEASE ensure your address is correct before placing an order (email for help)

DO YOU NEED YOUR ORDER IN A HURRY?

Choose Priority Mail + Rush Processing. It costs more, but ensures your order is moved to the front of the queue and is shipped with faster USPS Priority Service. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date because of post office inconsistencies – but WE will get your order packaged SUPER FAST when this option is chosen.  If you have special circumstances, email or call us!

IMPORT TAXES & FEES

Your country may require you to pay taxes & fees before your package is released from customs. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment, assessed by your country.

These charges are not included in the shipping charges you paid Red Apple Lipstick. Your country will bill you directly for any of these additional fees.  These taxes, duties, fees are your responsibility.

CUSTOMS INFORMATION

Red Apple Lipstick is not liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. Contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is your responsibility to know your country’s customs policies before ordering.

Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.

RETURN TO SENDER – REFUSED – REJECTED PACKAGES

Orders returned to us or refused for ANY reason will be refunded, once received at our facility, in the following formula:

  • Total Order Amount – Shipping Cost – 20% Of Order Value – Outside Charges Red Apple Incurred For The Return = Your Refund

No Refund is issued in the following circumstances:

  • The cost to return the product to us exceeds the cost of the refund due (the carrier will be instructed to abandon the order)
  • The returned/refused/rejected order never physically arrives at our facility
  • If the order is seized by customs

Reasons why orders are returned to us:

  • Due to a banned/restricted products policy in a country
  • Wrong address (or missing unit number)
  • Refusal to pay customs fees
  • Refusal to accept the order
  • No one was there to accept delivery of your order

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packed and a shipping label is generated, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. This indicates that your order has been prepared for shipment (this may take up to 72 hours). If you click on your tracking number as soon as you receive it, you will see it hasn’t been scanned into the USPS system yet. It takes the USPS approximately 24 hours to process your package and scan your tracking number into their system. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to update. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact USPS, or your country’s parcel service, prior to contacting us. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It’s crucial that your shipping address, phone number and email are full and complete (that includes unit numbers).

Your phone number or email may be used by the shipping company to contact you in case they have problems delivering your order.

We do our best to ship fast, hence there is a small window of time to fix your address. Act Quick – Email Is The Fastest Way 

If your order has already shipped when you contact us to fix the wrong address – the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does return to our facility, you can pay shipping costs to the correct address or we can provide you with a full refund, minus any shipping costs that were originally paid.  (See the details for your country under United States & International Sections above).

Delivered But Not Delivered

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS at the number above in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

  • Ask anyone who could possibly have the package or could have delivered to the wrong address
