We offer free shipping, for orders $50 and over, to every destination in the 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Shipping charges do apply for Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and any other destination outside of the US.
Allow 1-3 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship weekends and holidays. We ship orders quickly, usually the same day. During heavy sale times, there might be a delay in shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

We offer several shipping options through USPS for packages shipping within the United States. The first being First-Class Mail® which can have a range in price depending on package weight and distance. It generally starts at about $6.78. First Class packages are generally delivered within 3-10 business days. The second option is Priority Mail + Rush Processing. The cost for priority is $12.45 and packages going out priority are generally delivered within 1-4 business days. Our third and final option is the free shipping option which is for orders $50 and up. Please note that this option will go away if a coupon or discount is applied and brings your order total down before shipping is added. Also, orders that ship free will also take about 3-10 business days to be delivered by USPS.
Flat rate for Special International Handling and Priority Shipping
The USPS cost for Special International Handling and Priority Shipping can have a range in price depending on package weight and distance. It generally starts at about $49.25. This does not include taxes, duties, and fees that your country may charge.
Important information for first-time international customers
Import taxes: You may need to pay import taxes and/or customs duties assessed by your country. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment, assessed by your country. These charges are not included in the shipping charges you paid Red Apple Lipstick. Your country will bill you directly for any of these additional fees.
We have a secondary shipping option for Australia, Canada and the UK of “First Class” for $20
Through testing we’ve learned that First Class USPS shipping to these three countries takes a few extra days to reach our customers but is as reliable as the flat rate method for priority shipping.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been packed and a shipping label is generated, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. This indicates that your order has been prepared for shipment (this may take up to 72 hours). If you click on your tracking number as soon as you receive it you will not get accurate information. It takes the USPS approximately 24 hours to process your package and scan your tracking number into their system. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to update. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact USPS, or your country’s parcel service, prior to contacting us. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
Need your package by a certain date…you’re leaving town or need it for a gift? Choose Priority Mail. Faster handling for $12.50 and make sure to tell us in the customer comment section. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, but your order will be handled faster and we will do our best to meet the deadline.

Customs information/Returned Packages
Red Apple Lipstick will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.
Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge, and 20% of the value of the order, (as a re-stocking fee). We will also subtract any other outside charges Red Apple Lipstick has incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.
If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) is seized by customs, there will be no credit processed for the product(s).
Refunds will not be issued until the returned packages are physically in our warehouse.
Wrong address disclaimer
Your shipping address, phone number and email address: Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and email are full and complete. The phone number or email may be used by the shipping company to contact you in case they have problems delivering your order. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at [email protected] as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it’s too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, you can pay shipping costs to the correct address or we can provide you with a full refund.
Delivered but not delivered
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers above in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
